We're committed to advancing technological solutions in clinical trial transparency.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS markets and life sciences, with a strong understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities. You will leverage your knowledge and experience to identify prospective client needs, develop strategic sales approaches, and position Xogene’s products and services as high-value solutions. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

  • Understand client challenges and position Xogene’s offerings as tailored, value-driven solutions

  • Partner with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and messaging

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, delivery, client success) to ensure smooth handoff post-sale

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy

  • Represent Xogene at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate leads

  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making in life sciences

  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise pharmaceutical and biotech organizations is strongly preferred

  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
