POSITION OVERVIEW

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UX/UI and web design to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.  The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages working on both client and internal initiatives. You will collaborate with our Technology team to develop innovative and creative solutions for our various digital projects.  

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create and design graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms. 

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs. 

  • Conduct general design research. 

  • Work with existing design systems and help expand libraries. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts. 

  • Create and maintain client specific designs templates. 

  • Create clear and visually compelling infographics for clinical documents. 

  • Design various design assets such as brochures, one pagers, presentations, and more. 

Job requirements

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a tech or digital product environment. 

  • Experience with Figma required; proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other similar tools a plus. 

  • Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS code a plus. 

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
