Position Overview

Offering a suite of transparency services, Xogene is a leader in innovative technologies and expert services to meet global clinical trial transparency. Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations and statuses. Our four unique technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance various aspects of the trial process, including study design, patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring, and analysis. These technologies contribute to improving the efficiency, quality and participant experience in clinical trials.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects for our clients across various industries. You will drive project success by effectively managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular project updates. Effectively manage and communicate project expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to drive better project outcomes.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
  • Experience in Life/Sciences industry a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or related training desired but not mandatory.
  • This is a remote position, but the candidate must be located in the New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut area and available for occasional in-person meetings.
