We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing primarily on technology hiring. They will collaborate with hiring managers and talent managers to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role involves candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessment, data tracking, and process improvement. The Talent Acquisition Associate will contribute to building a diverse and inclusive talent pool while maintaining effective communication with candidates.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
· Conduct initial resume screening to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience
· Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and locations
· Conduct Candidate assessments and record all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with candidates to understand their queries and respond to them in an effective manner and ensure high quality candidate experience
· Support the Talent Management team with scheduling and coordination of recruitment activities
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates for current and future positions
· Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools, making recommendations for enhancements and implementing best practices
· Track and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics

REQUIREMENTS
· MBA in HR or equivalent experience
· 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the technology industry, ideally within high-growth startups or larger tech companies
· Minimum of 1 year of IT recruitment experience
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
· Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms
· Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to generate and manage new initiatives
· Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
